What should I do with my business?

I own a business that pulls in about 60 million dollars a year and employs hundreds of people, it has been in my family for more than 100 years, I’m getting up in my age and I have a son that is 20 he lives a life like a filthy rich kid, he is always having parties at our house in the hamptons and on the yacht, he dropped out of business school to be a stupid kid again, I do not trust to leave this company to him yet but I want to keep it in my family, he has all the privileges of the world from his BMW and his Mercedes Benz and his girls that are all over him, he spends nearly $150,000 a month on clothes and parties and he spent $100,000 just on a watch of my money I need to do something I’m considering giving the company over to my nephew and kicking my son out of the will and taking away everything.

I would ask your son “Do you want the company?” If he says Yes! then say you owe me 5 years of work before I’m going to give you anything. Make him work at the company. Start him at the bottom. If he’s not going to continue school to learn how to run a business, then make him learn the business by working every position within the company. If he quits he get’s nothing. If he thinks he can skate and not learn the business he get’s nothing. It’s partly your fault that he is the way he is. Know it’s your job to show him the right way to do things. HARD WORK.

Used Rolls Royce – Buying a Used Phantom

The new Phantom’s have been described by Rolls-Royce as their car for the 21st Century. The name has been around since the early 20th century, having two series in Rolls 100 year history, but now they have updated the series for a modern market. Whether you’re a fan of the brand or not, you can’t help but admire the cars they produce. The Phantom’s have several types which cater to certain purposes; the Phantom, Phantom Family, Phantom Coupe, and the Drop Head Coupe, each similar but all different. The Phantom Coupe for example is driver orientated, with all the classic proportions you would expect of a classic Rolls-Royce, which concentrates on giving the driver a pure Royce experience, whereas the Drop head Coupe is a more relaxed interpretation of the classic design.

21st Century hasn’t been taken to the extreme though, and Rolls-Royce still takes inspiration from the 20th Century. The Drophead Coupe pays homage to the classic J racing yachts of the 1930s, but Rolls has updated it for a motoring audience of today. In fact, the entire Phantom series is noticeable not just from the shapes, but from the coach doors.
You don’t have to watch from afar to appreciate the cars, and you don’t have to buy a Rolls Royce brand new to get to experience them first hand.

Used Rolls-Royce of all ages are available from all good online dealers, with the price dropping from its original price by around 65 percent within three years of being released. A Phantom for example, after three years can be obtained online for just £100,000 – £250,000. Although by any average standards this is not a cheap buy, it’s a slashed price by half from their debut prices, and considering the history and reputation of the company behind them. Luxury isn’t just a myth, it’s a guarantee. The difference between a used Phantom and other models being sold used is that the quality isn’t lost over time.

Some may not appreciate the shape of the cars. If you are for example not a fan of the classic design; short front overhang, long rear overhang and other familiar proportions, maybe because you prefer smaller and more rounded cars then this series may not be for you; they really have stayed true to their routes. But in terms of quality, most cars will begin to deteriorate within years of being bought, but when put together with as much care as they do at Rolls Royce, they are like new even if they have a large mileage, so long as they are looked after properly. Phantom over the years has been Rolls Royce main product, but this series of the iconic name is the first attempt at Phantom since they were taken over by BMW in 2003. The first Phantom wasn’t as popular as later phantoms but it is still an amazing car. Buying a used car from the Phantom series, you can guarantee they will be in expected luxurious condition.
